*Update:*
We’ve opened a thread in Low Yat Forum:
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=734225&hl=gilagolf
Stuff: We’ve got quite a number of items to sell, namely Cleveland Hi-Bores, in fine condition, going for RM350 - RM380. Great club for the beginners, and you don’t have to fork out the extra moolahs. Remember our motto: Keep it below 399, and you’ll be fine! (Actually I just made that up, but it sounds catchy!). Well, unless it’s like a new model, then a little over 400 would still be ok. The aim is to really give the best deal possible. Also got very good condition Adams RPM driver going for RM300. And a whole bunch of putters ranging from RM100 to RM250! We’ll list it all out nicely. We got balls ranging from Maxfli Blacks to ProV1s (used balls of course, going for RM15-RM20 per 10 balls and progressively cheaper the more you buy!
Payment Method: For now, unless we think of something else, COD. If you need the item to be delivered to you, then for now, I’m afraid it would be upfront payment into Maybank2u (email for details). I know it’s risky, but I’m going to put as many pictures in as possible and explain every single dints, scratches and stuff as detailed as possible.
Terms: Of course, I understand the risk of getting second hand goods. You just don’t want to be a sucker. Well, if you’re in KL/PJ area, we can meet up at driving ranges and you can test out the clubs first. If you like it, ok, pay for it there and then, if not, well, it might not suit you well. That way, everyone is happy.
I don’t want to be too anal at this, after all, if you’re a golfer, we are all in the Gila Family. We all want everyone to improve, but still gotta make sure all parties happy first. I think the best thing is to arrange it offline with us and we’ll work it out.
*Update Ended*
We got our first batch of stuff cleaned out, and here they are.
The price is a pretty good estimate, the reason being we haven’t weigh it yet, so we’re not sure of the postage, it might be around an additional RM10 or so. But we’re throwing in a promotional 10 golf balls (pretty good condition!) in to counter whatever postage you need to pay!
We’re currently working on our Ebay page to make it easier to sell (we’ve got a whole bunch of clubs going for under RM200), and we’ll post up the link once it’s ready.
In the meantime, please contact gilagolf78@gmail.com if you are interested in these. We’ll arrange some kind of informal agreement for now (till we get Ebay up!).
Cobra SZ 15.5* 3 Wood Men’s RH Graphite Regular
Going for ~ RM190
Overview: The Cobra SZ is long. As in distance long. This is a 3 wood that was used primarily off the tee because of it’s deep face, and it was more forgiving than the driver to manaeuver those narrow courses. It’s almost driver distance too!
Condition: Some skymarks at the top, that shows how often it’s used off the tee instead of on the deck! It’s equipped with a WINN grip and an Aldila HM Tour 60 stiff. It’s probably more suited for faster swingers but once you connect this baby, it flies and never dies.
Headcover: Non original headcover.
Cobra IM-02 RH 35″ Putter
Going for ~ RM160
Description: The IM-02 is a solid performer, easy to align, straight as an arrow. It’s pleasing on the eye too, from the top and the inner mallet thing makes it look pretty cool.
Condition: Some where and tear is evident from the side. The face is pretty soft, so club chatters will cause it to be like that. The face is still good, and the original Cobra grip is still nice to hold.
Headcover: None
Macgregor V-FOIL MOI M6.4K RH 35″ Putter
Going for ~ RM170
Description: This guy is a beast. It’s not the prettiest putter you will see, but I dare you to go off line on your putts with this. It’s not as heavy as it looks but 3-5 feet putts are gimmes with this. The V-Foil Logo at the back is quite cool too.
Condition: There are some nicking at the bottom but otherwise still in good condition with original Bobby Grace putter grip.
Headcover: None
Never Compromise TDP 3.2 RH 34″ Putter
Going for RM180
Description: This is one of Gilagolf’s favourite putter. Actually, any Never Compromise putter is a favourite. The colour alignment is not only for style, it also helps a ton in hitting the ball sweet and getting it in the hole. It’s a nice classic heel to toe putter.
Condition: Good condition, regripped with Royal Grip, and looks very sexy on the topline!
Headcover: None.
